Something that really pisses me off is hypocritic people. Example: Christians like to flaunt the fact that they are and some go so far as to say that they are "true Christians". Yet I believe it says to be true Christians they have to be, in lamens terms, nice to everyone, and must accept other peoples choices of religion. Yet whenever you bring up the topic of your own atheism around them, they go off on you saying things like, "You're going to hell!!!" or "You suck". Now wouldn't that make them not true Christians, not being tolerant? Oh well I get back at them by quoting evolution, Buddha, and calling them brainwashed assholes. Let's see what you think.

once a week I get into a similar argument, always with the same girl in my homeroom. The arguments are always best when she's PMsing, like today, but no argument today so that sucked

That’s right you guys, you run into a lot of hypocrisy when it comes to discussion in the realms of politics and religion. You come across it even more when the two cross that is why I issue you with this graphic (Thanks to TannerCenterWall) to use when you feel it is appropriate.
Use it well but don’t abuse it.

We've got 10 now. That makes us a legitimate club. Oh, joy, I feel so loved. We need some good religion topics in the Politics forum, though.

I guess that does make us legit. Pop open the campaign boys! But the good fight doesn’t stop there. We are still recruiting.

Here's some music things to ponder. Papa Don't Preach (Kelly or Madonna version, your pick), does it reflect on our society in any way. And does Coolio's Gangstas Paraise have a message in it, and if it does, what do you think of it?

I actually never thought about it......... Hehe, I haven’t heard those songs in years. I’ll have to think about it. In the meantime, what are your thoughts?
By the way members, I changed my mind about this thread. I think it will do nicely as a discussion thread after all. Sorry for stating otherwise earlier.

Hey everybody, Thought i'd best introduce myself
I'll be the main webmaster on our upcoming site www.leagueofgodless.com
There is nothing there at the moment but I hope to have a few pages and a working forum up in a few weeks.
The purpouse of the site will be a central base for all of our members, We'll have private discussion threads, downloadable images for member use etc. Plus a public section where people can join up and see what we're about.

And now that I have some time I can pay more attention to helping the site along. Reaper-n is basically waiting on me to create a look.......... Don’t worry members, I’ll do my best so you won’t have to wait too much longer.
And thanks for your patience Reaper! =)

I feel as though I must withdraw from L.O.T.M.G. I find myself debating whether I believe in God or not. I'm leaning toward I do. But not the kind of God like you hear in church. I have my own view of God. But anyways I must resign. I will continue to piss of Christians everywhere though. I just can't spend all of the time doing it. That's my main reason. Adios amigos!

Attention members. The basic ground-work is almost done on the site for our league. The main thing that needs to be done is fine tuning on the forums and decisions on haw to handle the members section and profiles. Since Reaper-n is doing all the coding and went the extra mile to hook us up with hosting and a domain name I have dubbed him co-founder.

I'll join in your guys discussion then since that theory about how the earth was created was quite intersting...
How about the Raelians? Whats your people thoughts on their beliefs and ideas?

Well even though I do believe that the universe, while not infinite, still holds a vastly high probability for life on other planets I think that the Raelians are full of shit. They basically just replaced god with aliens and called it science. I don’t think that we were put here by anything but the natural progression of chemistry into biology given the proper environment in which to thrive. I doubt that aliens have ever visited earth some might know about us but the universe is so big that even that is a slim possibility. Some parts are so young that single cell organisms may be just forming while other parts are so old that civilizations could have died off eons ago.
