English Crimes Appearing More

English crimes have rised in the past few years , and nothing has been done about it let me tell u a short story..

I was at my grandma's looking after her for a while she was quite ill , she asked me to go to the store and get some items (ie milk , bread ) when i got back i found out to my horror she had been robbed , my grandma phoned the police and it took them 2 hours.. (from the end of the crime) to get here....

Thats ridiculous... what if she got murdered?

1 of my friends sisters got raped by walking home...

if she had gotten murdered she wouldn't have been able to call them at all since, as you wrote, she called after the crime was committed and at that point police can't do much.

Just hold out a few years; pretty soon you guys will be under sharia law. I'm guessing with all of the beheadings and hand-removals you guys in the new Islamic Republic of Englistan will see a sharp drop in crime (except terrorism.)

Basically Chavs are similar to American "gangstas", but come in all colours, and very few have guns. Given guns they would be a huge threat. They already are a threat to anyone who doesn't like being randomly attacked (especially at night) and not all of them even carry knives. It's also worth considering that there are (as far as I'm aware) far fewer police on the streets here than in the States, plus I am quite sure that there is a far greater percentage of chavs in Britain than there are Black gangsters in America.

No, Chavs are not the same as other stupid teenage fads. You get chavs of all ages for one.

Chav is more about attitude and behaviour than clothes and music. I know people who dress just like your typical chav but blatently aren't; they just don't act like it.

Chavs, or "yob culture" as some in the media refer to it, is a very real problem. Only the government refuses to tackle the problem at it's roots, prefering to only take more visible (yet ineffective) action such as banning knifes on the streets etc. The problem will most likely continue untill something is done to try to tackle the causes of yob/chav behaviour and attitudes.

The best piece of anti-chav/ned action I heard of was a local Scottish Co-op in a wee village started playing classical music out of loud speakers to disperse the large amounts of Neds who hanged out outside the front door and intimidated the customers.

It worked a treat…until the speakers were vandalised.

That depends on your area. If you live in an area of mostly white people the chavs/neds will be mostly white. If you live in an area with a lot of Asian people you will get Asian chavs, and the same if there is a large black community. It's the same where I live too, there are hardly any black or asian people here, so almost all of the chavs are white.

Of course, you will always get more white chavs/neds than anything else as the majority of people in this country are white. Not that it matters though, as far as I'm concerned a chav is a chav, regardless of colour.

Personally, if you can't have guns or knives, may i suggest arming yourself with something of a more organic nature? such as:

vinegar + lots of peppers, the hotter the better + strain it into a spray bottle = pwnage.

strain it after a week and make sure you didn't get any of the pepper beyond the juice into the spray bottle because it will clog it.

I got a special habanero mix that is guaranteed to being your foe to the ground begging for mercy.

Neds have samuria swords, but ruin any potential coolness by using them as big knives, with no skill or epic swashbuckling. I say we get kendo lessons for a few years, some big ass leather coats and our own swords :-P

Well, you've certainly committed enough crimes against the English language...

The police aren't going to come out straightaway unless something is happening right the fuck now. Of course they're going to put a robbery low on the priority list. The same thing happened when my house was robbed, only the 911 operator told me to call back when my mom got hoe.
