Trying to start a game program team

Hello all, I am new to NG Forums and am trying to start a game programming team. I'm a pretty decent artist, but I can't program my way out of a paper bag.

I've been trying to assemble a team to help make some of my ideas a reality.

If I am able to get a bunch of talented, hard workers together, I'd be willing to create a site where we could work and create a lot of great submissions for NG.
