This is an easy fix.

1.) Make a new document at 100x100 pixels. Bitmap format.
2.) Draw ribcage (or just convert attached giff to bitmap)
3.) Using the rectangualr marquee, make a box around the rib graphic.
4.) Got to Edit>Define Brush Preset.

Thats it.
