Is anyone else confused about Tankmen 2 being rated so incredibly high? Is anyone else confused about all the flash scores on the front page?

How am I supposed to know if a flash is good? I find it starnge that someone would say "Your flash was so cool! It had a few problems, and the story wasn't very good, but it was so funny! I give you a 10!" So a flawed flash ends up with a 4.7.

Speaking of 4.7's, can anyone else find any flashes better than Tankmen 2? I can, about 300 of them. I giggled at it a few times, that's it. Nothing more, no breakthrough graphics or incredible sounds and music or awesome story line, just giggles. The only flash I've seen on the current front page is Tankmen 2, because after seeing a 4.7 flash and giving it a deserved 6/10, I don't want to even think about how bad a 4.2 or 4.3 flash would be...

Does anyone have any advice on how to tell whether a flash is good or not? Or if that's too hard to answer... which flashes on the front page are worth watching?

popularity is a huge factor on NG. always has been, always will be.

If popularity and unfair advantages weren't given, Salad Fingers would've never been on the front page.

I think its good, look at movies like In Memories of Elle, not to be a badass. But the flash was mostly a poem with a real crappy animation that has been redone to many times, that also didn't really deserve a special post by Tom himself. The story was heartbreaking, but the flash sucked ass.
