Announcment regarding ebaum...

(in case now one figures this out, this is a random story i made up....its a piece of crap, but i made it anyway)

We all have know, scince the begining of ebaumsworld.com, that Eric Bauman is a thief. Using his skills in haking computors, he sneaks behind enemy lines and steals flash off other sites, only to claim that he got the authors permission, and therefore its stays. Off of his theivery, eric has become rich. And he has become so powerful, he was able to sneak into te most heavily guarded fortress in all of the .com world....newgrounds.

But what if i were to tell you, that all the users who have ever submitted a flash was at fault? or was it Tom Fulp himself, for creating the portal system. By getting into newgrounds, eric bauman only has to get into the heart and e has the largest selection of flash in the world right before his eyes. And to make the job even more simple by giving it the color system, so he can just randomly pick a blue flash before one og NG's tank guards shows up.

Hold on! Tank Guards? Whats happening? Well, newgrounds is not just a website, nor is any other website. In fact, all sites are digital worlds, and all it takes to get inside is a username, password, and the right computor skills. Entering a correct password in the bar will send you into the world of newgrounds... and unfortunatly, eric was smart enough to figure it out.

Anyways, back to the story.
How can we stop this tradegy from happening? Well, simpaly by saying "I DID NOT GIVE ERIC BAUMAN PERMISSION TO USE THIS FLASH!!!", we could create the most powerful being in the known universe....the flash guards. now when eric attepts theft on the flash guard, a large shock will go throughout his body. So large infact, that it will break down is digital structure and send him back to the real world. But this can easily be avoides! Wear a rubber suit! Well...its not that simple. If the shock doesnt work, thats when trouble realy happens. The Flash guard itself will come out and kill him. and i dont mean digital-eric, but real eric also.

So please, join the cause. Next time you submit a flash, let the world know that you do not give ebaum premission, and then everyone will know that he stole your flash.

Good story but talking and discussing and linking to eBaums are easy ads for them. You bastards say OMG THU-EEF which per user who posts equals so many advertisement points for him. You people should be ashamed. Yes it is bad he steals and gets past the law and blablabla. Its been said. People know.

I was going to suggest that NG post a standard disclaimer asserting that posting here in no way constitutes a waiver of copyright which should be dated from publication on NG or from a prior publication, whichever is earliest.

However, given the conditions you describe it should probably read something like:

"All items submitted to Newgrounds are the Copyright Property of their respective authors and may not be used commercially without the express written consent of the author(s) and proof of compensation to the author(s) or waiver thereof by the Licensee.
THIS MEANS YOU, ERIC BAUMAN.

"Submission of material to New Grounds shall be considered to signify the authors' agreement to this policy."

That should make new thefts a bit easier to prosecute.
