You know, by grabbing their arms and lifting them or some shit like that, or by rushing to "help them up" if they fell.
Now.
WHO THE FUCK CAN'T STAND UP BY THEMSELVES?
??
I hate it when people do that. Its stupid.
Reminds me of that McDonalds advert for the cars happy meals, it burns my eyes.

its becuase there is no other reason in a movie for someone to fall down, other than to get helped back up.
it would be pretty silly if all of a sudden the main character in a movie fell down for no reason.
Another fact that makes movies, well, movies...that hardly ever happens in real life, unless the person is surrounded by friends or is elderly...but even then, I know that if I randomly fell down, my friends would just point and laugh at me...
well if u look at things we hv bunches of dumb things, like opening doors for peopel, who cant open a door? yet its polite to help with that and it makes everything nicer.

They should have people die by falling down. Like in the episode of the OC some character can fall down and die because they couldn't get up.

Obviously the Power Rangers can't, due to the extreme beating they get in each episode.
Unless sterotype changes, thats how it'll always be.
This too will pass.
Memento mori

It's a friendly gesture, and frankly we're pretty short on them these days. You shouldn't take such a cynical approach to something so nice.
