your 17 thats not too old..
just buy training wheels, confine yourself in a small room and ride in circles so no one sees you. then you will keep doing that until you think you can ride with out the training wheels.
No.
yep, but it isnt my fault my parents never had time seeing as we ran our own store so yeah.

Sounds like a good idea. Riding it around in an isolated area would probably be a good idea too. It isn't too hard to learn; just trial and error....of course you need to buy a bike first and a decent one.

No way! I spend most of my life on my bike. It takes alot of practice, but almost any one can do it. Just make sure to wear a helmit and trail in a safe area. Also make sure you have the proper bike for your height. Its a good thing, it also is great exersise and is good for muscle joints.

A lot of people don't know how to ride a bike. Just like a lot of people can't rollerblade (like me for instance) or swim (I'd say that my swimming skills are mediocre at best).
I know how to ride a bike, though. Been doing it ever since I was young. No one taught me, I just sort of picked it up on my own. Bike-riding is a pretty useful skill, and a good alternative to driving in my opinion.

it's really not that difficult, at all. just try, for god's sake. I don't think you can die complete without being to do something as accesible and simple as riding a bicycle.

I learned at age 9, and I'm really glad i did. It opens up a whole new world of places to go and run into things. Like the time I rode into a trashcan and a mailbox. Or the time my friend juked me out, I pressed full on the front brake, did a frontflip over the wheels...... and...............

you find after learning to ride a bike, your sense of balance like exponentially skyrockets. for me at least. now i can tightrope for like hours. go up an insanely steep hill, without stopping. i had thigh/leg muscles the size of watermelons for like 2 weeks after that one hill. D:
No, seriously, review me Read me, even if you don't care.

Some people never took the time to learn, I didn't until I was 13 or something along those lines.
