i am scared to death.

OK i was on this one web site that has a whole bunch of scary stories and ghost pics on it. I decided it would be a good idea to read them at 1:30 in the morning. I am now terrified to sleep in my room alone because i think there will be a man up there with a bloody hook!!! Can anyone think of some ways to overcome my new fears?

That happened to me when i saw a clip with ghosts. The part that freaked me out the most is when it said, " Ghosts have even been recorded on computer screens. You could be staring at one right now."

it works. that is what i do. its also my exersize, chore, life, but it works
