Aside from stuff that's been said alot in this thread, the Battle of the Pelennor Fields, Gladiator (I mean, c'mon the entire movie was a battle scene), final battle of Saving Private Ryan, the Good vs. the Bad vs. the Ugly, Princess Bride- Inigo vs. The Sixth Fingered Man, Luke vs. Darth Vader, Rocky vs. Apollo Creed.

Just off the top of my head, I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot.

Definately the ones from crouching tiger hidden dragon, as the characters could fly and use blow pipes as machine guns, it was damned well hilarious.

For me, it's the fight scenes from House of Flying Daggers, those were just plain badass.
