How could I do an effective rocket launcher explosion for a battlefield style stick animation?
I've done one, but it just doesnt seem.... right.
Anyone got any tips or tuts?

I tried that, couldn't find anything, i was wondering if people had any like, hints from experience.
Do a smoke trail that dissapates into teh air upwards.

I've watched it a few times and maybe you could do with a smoke trail behind the rocket shell. Its hard to tell with the speed things are moving at.
make the rocket go at ease -100 on teh motion tween so it starts slow and speeds up. ease tweens look awesome.
i dont know... i kinda like the animation you have for the rocket launcher... but it did seem a little on the weak side sompared to grenades. perhaps make it more massive.
