I was just wondering--how long does it take you newground artists to make your flash movies and games (man-hours, total number of days you work on the project, etc.). Thanks!

Depends entirely on the project.
Whether or not:
It is a game or movie
Has sound
Style
Length of movie/game
Amount of movie clips.
ETC.

l) took a month, but thats mainly because I had to read 3 books about the different things I used. An average flash game that gets around 3.8 takes 1.5 - 2 months for me and ben.
Game of 3.60 took me 1 day (DUY: WC. Ed.)
Game of 3.00 took me 4 hours (HaXXor Knight)
Game of 3.80 took me 5/7 days (Jack Russell)
Game of 4.20 took me 10+ days (ArmorPicross)
That's about it.
its all about how good you are and what you are doing...I mean Ive been working on my game for almost a week now and it aint near finished...
Man hours -- A complete character takes me a few hours at most -- the intro for my flash series (I've only done the intro so far) took me about 10 hours give or take -- but an entire flash movie from start to finish, including sound etc. can take anywhere between 20 hours to 100.
But on average when I'm making I movie I spend about 3-4 hours a day, 3-4 days a week so ultimately it could take between 1 week and 3 months!
A couple of day for a minute, but due to my ADD, it takes me 2 weeks to complete 40 seconds...
