That's very good. Try to make the lines look cleaner and it will be perfect.
I dont like how the building's shade came out on the floor. It doesnt look right.
Also, shade more. The sun is hitting on the upper part of the building, isnt it? The sun is red/yellow. Grab the eyedropper, select the building color, and add more red/yellow to it and make it brighter. The sun being that color, its light should be that way. Same for both buildings. And add more shading, as some of the places will aswell look darker.
Add some more detail on the grass, the dirt (or sand or whatever) and the clouds.
Also, theres no point perspective; I hope you were aiming for isometric because thats pretty much what you have here. :P
Nice style, just improve it a bit more and shade here and there, and itll kickass.
Thanks guys. First of all yes it would be a 2d playing field. And second of all what should I do to the building thats already red, in terms of light. Also could you tell me some specific points to refine the lines. But again thanks a bundle.

I agree 100% w/ DFB.
1. Think about light source for cast shadows
2. Add some highlights
3. Add detail/texture

w00t. I feel special now.
See, look at your shadow on the floor. Now look at the building. Does it actually LOOK right? I mean, the shadow place on the window doesnt really go along with the shadow on the floor. Like, if they didnt have the same light source.
In the case of the red building, then just use a brighter color. It does the trick.
I think the large curb on the street makes the whole thing extremely disproportionate, like the buildings are made out of Legos or something. That and the shading is really off. Using the shadow cast on the ground as a guide, you've managed to shade the wrong walls on the buildings.
Other than that, the colours and outlines look decent enough.
The shadowing on the red building could be better. The building themselves look a little small. And add some graffiti or cracks because it could use some small details.

Ok I fixed the glaring shadow problem and added a bit of texture, which you probably won't notice, and plan to animate the clouds, fix the curb size and ad mor detail.
ok but the shadows all screwed up. 1 building has it and the other doesnt it look stupid
