I think it can be a phase, every situation is different, Ive been depressed for like 3 years now, im 19, nothing like losing a girlfriend, just stupid family bullshit and other things id rather not get into, just try and wait it out, Im trying to, I should probly go to a doctor or something, so maybe you should to.
