Okay, I have a guy draw with lines. Is there a way to warp the lines while hes a movile clip or somthing without changing what he looks like through out the whole movie?

just go into the movie clip and copy him then paste him outside the movie clip
Well say I want to move his Tail around like hes wagging it or somthing. Can I edit the lines on him to make it do that without having to make a new movie clip or changing the original clip around?.

I think he means 'How do I edit a MC without changing every instance of it in the movie?'
I just make an original mc, and then duplicate it. This is useful, because if you ever need to make a big change, then they will all change accordingly.

Well, if I were you, I would have made the tail a separate MC.
