If u want to put movies go Flash Portal if u wanna put Audio go audio portal well it all teleld in FAQ and i say u should read rules cos its important not to get bann! when i didnt read rules i go banns all teh time!

You can read the faq like EccinNet suggested.
To help you with a few things:

Flashportal
In the flashportal you can find and watch flash and play games that are submitted by authors who have a account on Newground. You can also vote on the flashes.

In the "50 most recent" submissions you can find the last submissions that are submitted by the portal and are protected by the users.
The light grey are the submissions that are under judgement, you can vote on these submissions to blam them or protect them. More about in the faq.

The "Weekly top 20". You can find flash here that are the best of this week.

The "Top 50 of all time". These flashes are the "All-time Top Scoring".

The " Past top 20 Daily's features". In this list you can find flashes that are The Past 20 Daily Winners.

If you want to submit flash, your flash must be good enough, or otherwise it will be blammed. Or better to say, deleted from the portal.
To submit flash:
submit content

Audioportal
This is sort of like the flash portal, but instead of flash, you submit music here.
You can also download the music from the artist. These music are maked by the users from Newgrounds.
