hey guys, I just sent somthing in the flash portal and it didnt make it, the reason why was because everything seemed like it was slow, 12fps really, the audio didnt match the video. The mouth movements lagged behind, but in my .fla I THINK i set it as 20 fps in the properties but it says it plays as a flash 5 setting. I dont want to re-post it again. But is there a safe sure way of saving it as 20 fps,
the problem only applys when I send this to newgrounds.
Can som1 pls help me

I checked this in flash, so when u send stuff to websites, the fps change drematicly? ... SO If i change it, it'll work? to 36...?

Change the frames per second speed
The frame rate, measured in frames per second (fps) is the speed at which the animation plays. By default, Flash animations play at a rate of 12 fps, which is ideal for web animation. Sometimes, however, it's desirable to change the fps rate. You'll now change the frame rate to 36 frames per second, which will make the tire appear to bounce more rapidly.

Click the Stage, away from any objects.
In the Property inspector, type 36 in the Frame Rate text box.
The frame rate applies to the entire Flash document, not just to an animation within the document.

Just make sure you do export it into 20fps by playing your file from your computer before you submit it to newgrounds.

If you have audio such as weapon sounds, or bg music, the best thing to do is to put the sound option into stream because start is known to lag some things... unless you already know about streaming, ignore this post.

20 fps, into 12 fps ?

Did you animate most of it on one frame rate, then change the frame rate? That would be why everythings out of sync atleast.

Did you have a preloader... Some of my movies bug out a little if I don't have one at the very start.
