Okay actually its with a program that costs like 400 bucks, 100 if you are a student (cha-ching)
To put someones message in your post, click the reply with quote button in the top left corner of their post. Or you can use a colon at the beginning of each line you want to appear as a quote, but that doesn't work for me. I reccomend you look up stuff like this in the future, or the 15-headed cryohydra that is newgrounds will eat you.
To the guy that started the topic, I think you should have an animation that is kind of like a clip show or montage. Just think of small, funny ironies and animate them, then put them to cool music. That kind of stuff usually turns out nice.
