For me, Snow Patrol's Chasing Cars just makes me feel so emotional. Maybe not quite a tear to the eye level, but there's nothing better than just sitting down and listenening to this wonderful song when I feel sad.

What about yuuuu?

Anything by Simple Plan, it makes me cry with laughter.

But seriously, it's bloody hard to pick out of all the songs I have, but I'd have to say that Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd is probably the most touching song in my collection, with the Gary Jules version of Mad World coming a close second.

Willie Nelson's on the road again brings back memories of my friend who got hit by a car. :[ I listened to that the night after his death, and cried for him.

Yeah, that's pretty much my feelings about Chasing Cars too. Another song that I like when I'm in a sad or reflective mood is
Stop the Dams by Gorillaz. The link shows the whole song but the video is a mish-mash of other Gorillaz videos.

Bright Eyes - something vague

It's a great song, his voice just has emotion in it and esspically in this song. It makes you happy and sad at the same time like it gives you hope from dark times.

I don't have any songs that make me cry at all, but there are a few songs that make me think a little:
Said The Spider To The Fly by The Paper Chase.
Losing My Religon by R.E.M.
Roxanne and Every Step You Take by The Police.
Mad World by Gary Jules.
There Is by Box Car Racer.

Also, one or two songs by David Gray. There are also two other songs which I consider quite embarrising so I'm not telling you guys.

PLACEBO ARE DEATH METAL.

I was listening to I'm Wide Awake It's Morning before, he's probably my favourite current artist at the moment, even if it is a bit quasi-emo. Has some immense tracks, top lyricist aswell.

As for songs that evoke emotion in me, a load of Smiths songs do, and Oasis' "Champagne Supernova", in particular, as well as a lot of Joy Division tracks.
