Just found this club and thought i'd join...
Sleeping time- between 4 and 6am
Waking time- Usually about 7.30 maybe 8am (i have a 3yr old)
Sleeping habits- I think all the time when i'm trying to sleep.. i constantly tell myself to STFU until i finally go to sleep. I always fall asleep facing left and wake up in the same position.
I haven't read EVERY page of this thread as i fear i will be here all day, nigt and most of the next day too...
Does anyone who suffers from insomnia/lack of sleep get sore eyes, which make you feel really tired.. but if you go to bed early, you just can't sleep.. you come down and by the time it comes to a certian time, your wide awake again yet KNOW you're tired..
I find that it really effects my thinking or actions during the daytime. I feel and think much more slowly and i forget things all the time.. Not just things like forgetting what your saying. I forget what i'm doing too.. Like, i will walk out of my house to go to the shop, then i'll get as far as my gate, and totally forget why i even went outside in the first place. I can remind myself to call someone at that moment, and 3 days later i still havent called them... I forget to eat, forget i need tthe bathroom, forget to go places, do things, call people, everything.. I really need to start making lists and keeping them around the house...
I find myself becoming confused also.. (I'm a blonde so that maybe doesnt help "hehe") I will read something that makes total sense, but to me it makes no sense at all.. I have to read over it about 5 times before i understand what was meant..
I went to the doctors about all of this.. I hadnt slept for 2 days and had no energy at all... I was walking down the street and falling asleep.. (which isnt good when your pushing a pram/buggy..)
I told the doctor all of this and apparently i "can't" have insomnia as i am to young..
So i dont know what i have but it cant be that.. the doctor said so!!! </sarcasm>
Anyways.. Just wanted to get all that out before i forget what im doing again... :)
