That part is ultimately your problem, unfortunately. Everyone will have a different method of getting those. Some people will search from them on a download tool, other people will hit up google. Me, I went to a CD I had and went to town with audacity. Having audacity, a free program, will probably help no mater what. HOWEVER, Audacity is for cutting and editing audio. You will still need to find your audio selection in the first place. But it really shouldn't be too hard, searching up webpages for various movies will usually find a page or two with sound bites from the movie.
In short, you have to first know the sound selection you intend to use before you can find it. If you don't even know what sound bite you want to use, then you're just flat out of luck more or less. All these sound clips either come from songs (often Weird Al songs) , movies or TV shows. Just think back to something you heard on TV or the like. You should do fine if you can get past that step.
