I'm sure some of you guys are running more impressive stats, but I just finished assembling my new setup when my RAM came today. Here's my stats:
AMD Dual Core X2 4000+
2gb pc3200 RAM
200gb HD + 80gb HD
Dual nVidia 6800gt Graphics (SLI)

Don't be so modest! I run a 2.8 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 with 512Mb of Ram, a 200Gb HD, and a shitty 128Mb Geforce.

Thats a neat setup, Its very hard to use up that 2gb ram though :P
I'd of gone with an intell xeon duo core processor though.

Dan, you've got Core Duo in your laptop, not Core 2 Duo. Core 2 was released only a few days ago and isn't in production laptops yet.

You don't have to make coding the hardest task on the planet to be good at it. I'm tired of people saying "you're not leet enough to use notepad". My job is working online and coding, that's why I can justify spending $400 on a program that makes life easier, i.e. Dreamweaver.
