Regardless to whether governments are getting the message across to people of less developed countries - with high literacy rates and lack of proper birth control.. we still need to address the situation in our own countries. Everyone knows what a condom is, sexual education is given in schools, so why is it STD's and teen pregnancies are on the increase? Contraception is readily available, yet many teens are too ignorant to use it.

I have never had sex and probably will not for quite some time. I am in the lucky position of not being under any kind of peer pressure. This is mainly because all my friends are fellow nerds. There is this one person who has had sex but he is an absolute twat. Any way I’m in the club. ; )

Actually I was speaking of mexicans in our own country as well. But thats besides the point. The reason why we have so many pregnancies is the hormones get to us and all the partying going around drinking and such that when you ae drunk you tend to forget about birthcontrol or condoms and bam you have a kid 9 months later. Even happens when people arn't drunk as well the guy probably doesn't have one on him at the time he is about to have sex so he talks the girl into not leting him use one and bam kid 9 months later.
