A guy who went crazy because everyone he loved died in a war.
He says that his brother went to the "Great War" without him and so did that black finger puppet, but i think the finger puppet used to be a person but after he died in the war salad fingers made a finger puppet that looked like him. I also think that salad fingers got mutated from an explosion from a toxic bomb.

From his accent, probably somewhere in england. Also probably somewhere that a bomb exploded because all the other characters are freaky like mutants and there is pretty much no plants, wildlife, or other buildings.
