What with all the hubbub about mods, I have been wondering something about them.
Who was, or is, the youngest mod?
As far as I can remember, there's never been one younger than 17, but I could be wrong.
Does anyone know?

I think that most mods are a bit older because they have to be bbs regulars for a long time before becoming mods.
