Newgrounds wouldn't do it. No one on here would care enough, or have the money to, buy the account. If you think about it, all professional designers and animators will get permission for large file sizes, and then what is there left? No one wants to pay money for an e-mail address, and the whole dea of buying EXP points etc obliterates the whole system for everyone else.

I'm sure there are some things NG could include in premium accounts, but your ideas don't exactly work.

I think there should be a lighter version, like 8 bucks a year and you get an @newgrounds.com mail, +5 megs added to the maximum submission criteria, largest forum images, and no ads. I would do that, but not the 60 bucks + 10 a year thing.
