Blamming oddity

Before the post, here's the reference link to the flash I'll be mentioning... and a few notes... "Do you like cheese?"
It appears to be an attempt to resubmit something that was previously blammed...
"Random Short # 1, by Richard Collins (aRCee_Collins)". It's submitted as a collaboration, with aRCee_Collins being one of the authors.

Anyways, after seeing this movie(I highly dislike it, due to the low quality), I rated it zero... However, I was not planning to see the protection clip. This movie has now passed the first threshold that would keep it from being blammed. When I give a movie a zero, it should not get the entry protected... Please look into this.

Once a submission has recieved 200 votes, if its score is 1.60+ it passes.

You cast the 200th vote for the submission, meaning your vote caused it to pass, even though you voted 0, so you saw the saviour movie.
