Are you kidding me? 9-11 fucked our entire country up. We also pretty much fucked the whole middle east and now the whole world hates us.

it was the excuse for us to invade iraq, of course it was good! the problem with that is that we fucked it up by not getting a drop of oil anyway. THAT is mostly why i am angered by the war.

Can anyone tell me why everyone went balls over 9/11? I know it was horrible and all, It sucked that it happend (and I didn't get to see the towers) but that was just 2 buildings filled with innocent people. Has anyone forgoten about Hiroshima(and count less other places bombed by terroist in the middle East), they were nuked killing not only soilders but also innocents,Children on playgrounds at schools. That was much worst that 9/11. Just strikes me weird that people go crazy when someone attacks America but when America has been attacking people for a long time no one sheds a tear. Crazy :D

Let's see..... Lods of people die at the hands of a Terrorist that is good at using terrorism.... bad.

Loads of people that are being a real pain in the ass by thinking every indian is Al Queda.....old news, but bad.

Terrorism being fought in the middle east.... good.

Fighting terrorism but killing other innocent lives in the middle east... bad.

Loads of people now working together and being closer than being racist....good.

George W. Bush......Bad.

Patriotism amongst the US....depends on what type of person you are, but personally good.

Not really helping, seeing that there are alot more bad crap than good.

Patriotism is a feeling of solidartiy, of unity formed between countrymen united by common cause, it's a metal relationship formed between oneself and one's fellow citizens.
Pathetic. I can school kids like you without batting an eyelid. You got nothing, punk.

in my opinion, a form of unity with others IS bowing to authority! Think about "1984" everyone in that society felt inextricably bound together. and In this binding, they were bowing to a supreme, overbearing power--Big Brother.

therefore you are wrong, and George Orwell is on MY side.

Sure, if having 3,000 innocent people die make you more patriotic then we should do it too?

I dont think so.
Now the fookin president is bringin up so many more laws that revolve around the war that was started because of it.
And some people think that the whole thing was planned.

This topic has been discussed to death in the proper forum. This is probably the most mindless thread regarding the events of 9/11 that I think I've ever read.
