Grrrr, problem :( Need Help!

I have a problem that i don't know how to solve! I would really appreciate all the help you can give me....And also i know that allot of people will most likely respond with stupid or outrageous suggestions, so ill just say it now in hope, please only reply with sane responses.

I have made a picture of the house with the topics titles below.

Right well basically, me and my family are moving into a new house on friday the 4th of august.

I really love the house, so do my family. Its a great place and has a corner store (Blue Part) that is owned by a indian family who are really nice people.

But this is where it all starts going wrong, the indian family sold the shop to another indian family, and these people aren't nice at all.

And...the other day me and my mum were driving past the house and there were allot of kids (chavs) on the front green land place ( Green Part ) and they all had beers. Obviously bought from the corner shop, and all the people looked like the age from 14 - 18. So that's one problem.

The other is this, the private driveway ( Red Part) is ours, but the land around the drive is yet to be proven to be ours, so the shop people have placed a skip (a massive rubbish bin thing) around the driveway against there wall though, which is are land but the are solicitor is still trying to find something that proves it.

So....shit happens right!

But we have been waiting ages, and we are moving into this house no matter what >:(

So does anyone have any ideas on what to do. My friend reckons we should call the police on the kids when they are making allot of noise and messing about. But this friend also thinks i should burn the skip to ashes as soon as we get there....

So again i ask, any (sane) ideas on what to do?

Get some firearms and start the cleansing of chavs from your neighbourhood.

get a land area statement from your landlord, measure the stated area and take photos of the illegally placed garbage disposal unit. take these photos and land area statment to the federal court justice office ( courthouse) or your attorney.. do not sue but have the *dumpster removed from your land and boom problem solved.

actually its not all that hard to gain there respect but it is close to impossible to run them out. act like a hardass and whoop one of there *big guys's* ass . if that doesnt fix your problem go to your closest pawn shop and by a pocket .380 nickel finish with an 8 bullet clip and walk around strapped.

One time I came up to a chav who had a baseball bat in his hand. He just dropped it and ran.

I wish that the police would be allowed to beat the shit out of chavs when they start mouthing off and act all tough.

and theres the easy yet not-so-legal way(2)
1. use the civil court to solve all the problems(if u have a court like that)
2. i could loan u commander, which would take care of the chavs, indians and the solicitar.if u want to know who commander is just ask.

Ever since I started skating, chavs either are drawn to me like flies to shit, or will cross the street to get away from me.

i would like to say burn it but you should probbaly talk to your soon to be neighbors and try to get off on the right foot. but if they are asses then all is fair in love and war..
