Segregation of colleges began with the whites implying Jim Crow laws to insure segregation between black and white societies. Eventually with government laws being passed, black people were finally allowed to enter white campuses and acquire equal education. However, many African American colleges still remain black only due to the segregation laws in those states that haven't been lifted thanks primarily to the white people that promoted racial segregation. Don't get mad at the black man for not allowing you in his school, be mad at the white man for his laws that are now victimizing himself.

And if you deny being a racist, just look at your signature.

The segregation laws of all types were abolished, so it is currently racist for a white man to be denied access to an all black college. As for the aforementioned scenario, i aint touchin that with a 20 foot long pole.

I kind of see the point, if a racist wants to set up a town where other racists can settle away from other ethnicities then it makes sense, the racist is happy to be away from others and the minorities dont get beat up in hate crimes.

It makes sense to say, "Look mate, this town is for racists, settle here by all means but there gonna make your life fucking hell until you leave".

Wanting no blacks, no Mexicans, etc. is racist and is a violation of human rights.

Okay, let's say, hypothetically, that a white man and his familly, felt sick of living in a multicultural society, and decided to settle somewhere where only whites would be allowed. HE gathers his friends and their famillies and they head off to Utah, they build houses, irrgate water, etc. soon more white people come and the town becomes quite successful, but, when a mexican man attempts to enter, the head of the town blocks him from entrance and explains the situation while some members of the town shout racial slurs at him. THey are subsequently arrested for a hate crime.

Is that justice?

Why do you need the rest of the blurb? I don't understand how the start of the example has any bearing on how just their actions are. Please explain.
