He, in all honesty, sounds like a complete shitbag.
Sounds more like a good thing he quit than a bad one - I honestly would not want someone like that associated with my project, regardless of how good a programmer he/she is, let me tell you that.

Although I am getting my doubts about the reason, it sucks seeing a lead PHP programmer quiting his job. His CV on Zend looked quite impressive.

I thought Jani was a jew? I'm not following his reason for quitting. Second of all, I don't see how that constitutes him to quit. If a white man quit a company because a black man owned it or ran it, it would be completely racist, but this isn't?
I used to have a huge amount of respect for Jani, but how it seems like he is just being a crybaby. I can't believe it, how ridiculous!
