No way. How can you possibly have any money left over after paying Flash designers to make brand new and unique games for your site, and a web designer for that sleek and original layout?
All sarcasm aside, I find your site completely lackluster and unoriginal. Your layout is, simply put, shitty. If you make your own buttons, please don't use MS Paint. If you must, please try to use fonts instead of writing over them with the pencil tool. As for content, I could go to almost any games site, of which there are literally millions (Results 1 - 10 of about 26,300,000 for "free online games". -Google) and play the same games you feature, that were new and popular six months ago but are now old news.
As for your shameless whoring (I'm sorry, "advertising") of your site here on Newgrounds, I suggest you stop it. You've already had one thread locked, and literally 98% of your 100 or so posts are spread between this topic and the other one, scraping for as many page views as you can possibly get. Telling Newgrounders to go to your site is like setting up a portable carnival ride outside the gates of Disney world and trying to convince people to ride it, because OMG! It's 100% absolutely FREE! (If you don't mind being bombarded with ads).
Will you actually stop and listen to the people giving you advice, or in some cases flaming, you? Or will you say "ok thats nice thanks" and continue bumping your threads and promising everyone that the new layout will be sooo much better? I suggest you spend less time advertising and more time getting a decent grasp on basic HTML and CSS to improve your site, and get some new original content.
