probably the best one i have had was as follows.
Two big arse pieces of thick break slices. Lettuce Onion Salami peperami 1/4 Joint of pork some duck and lastly i nice dolope of oilive oil
(my semi healthy/artery clogging sandwitch.

I'm suprised duck hasn't come up. I tried adding Lamb to my sandwitch and it made it even more badass.
