2.Could someone make me one like my current but in place with Megatron have classic starscream with a robotic red background and have the decepticon symbole. Also I would like it to say Too-Demensional Decepticon Voice Artist.

what program are you using?
your text looks terrible, turn antialiasing on.
also, add a border.. a 1px black border makes sigs look 100% better.
