The word "join" shouldn't be included. If you read the first page you will have a much better idea of what goes on here. We are not a club to join, we are a place for people to work on their own time and terms. Just take the requests that interest you. As far as your work not fitting the sig guidelines, it's not much of an issue. We do everything in the NGSM. Profile pics, sigs, banners, logos, ect. are all things that can be done. However, what work is done is left to the discretion of the sig maker.
