While I appreciate your concern, I don't think it was necessary to try and stand up for me or to tell him off like that. Sure, his requests may appear spammy and overly-demanding, but I have already assured the user that I am beyond my capabilities of aiding him further. We both understand that I am not the one that is going to carry out his request and are on good terms.
However I also agree that what he is doing by requesting so much in this thread is detrimental to our goals as sig makers and that it is annoying to some of us. Furthermore, he isn't requesting a sig, header, or icon/avatar this time, but instead to shoop an entire, existing image to suit his desires - afaik, we don't do that in this club. I already informed him many times on how Private Messaging works, but it would appear that whatever I am trying to tell him isn't catching on - perhaps I am not explaining it correctly?
towellyfan, if you are reading this, please allow everyone to contact you in your messaging options by setting it to 'accept/send all' under the general information located in the account configuration of the 'My Settings' section. It will make everyone's lives much easier when trying to reach you or when you're trying to reach others. I know that you may get heat for what you're into and the mail that comes of it is never pleasant, but it if I or anyone else cannot reach you back, you may not be able to get your request fulfilled.
The reason I haven't already completed his requests is because of my inexperience - I really can't manipulate a picture any more without it looking rough and unpolished. My skill is amateur at best, but I cannot shoop very well or am at the same level as other, more experienced sig makers. That and I've also been hesitant on my duties here, probably because everyone else is doing an excellent job picking up some of the slack - when I joined, there were about two pages of unfulfilled requests that I carried out posthaste.
Maybe as a gift, some of you here could give me a few pointers on taking my abilities to the next level and really start knocking people's socks off with what comes out.
It's not like I'm getting anything else out of this year's holiday season, except perhaps more heartache and despair.
