Agreed, but I think that enough people are good enough to where the thread could be pumping out some pretty funny and decent quality shops. Besides, a shop doesn't have to be absolutely immaculate to be hilarious. If an idea is funny and creative, it wouldn't be a huge issue that the person was new to photoshop.

Not the greatest base picture in the world for a banner if you're looking to get both her head and her face in. Part of her hand is cut off in the original pic, so that means her head has to be in the middle of the banner.
