Sure.
First, make a new layer, and stamp a fancy brush pattern in it. Mine is a fractal of some kind. Then make some text. Then control-click the thumbnail of the text and click on the layer with the brush, on the 'mask' button. Then delete the original font layer.

It's called feast of flesh font, Download it. Extract all the files, Then go into your control panel, And find Fonts take the font file and place it there.

it's right next to the blending properties. the button looks like this: [ (_) ] or something to that effect.

Spec:
-I would like the sig to have the pic i'll post below (angryfaic)
-I'd like it to be mainly pink.
-I'd like it to say "I'm angry, but fab."
-The background can either be none (the gray color) or something pink-style-ish.
