I'd like it to have a basic ng sunbeam pattern in the background
I want a grinning Tankman with captain shaped goggles in the right hand corner holding a wooden sword horizontally, I'd also like the sword to be on fire

Colors you would like to see in your sig or you would like to exclude.
Black + White for tankman, brown wood colors for sword, Fire colors, Black + white for my name and Newgrounds orange for the background

Additional comments on layout/animation should go here.
I'd like any flashy, fancy effects you think would look good in there like a shine here or shading there. i dont know; anything you think would look good with it.

I could take this one up. However, i'm confused what you mean by background. Do you mean the dull gray background, or the orange "Burst" Effect behind the tank?

Also, i couldn't really do the picture as it is unless i "Crossed out" the Klock Part. I would either need the font for the "Deathklok"

Come to think of it the "burst effect dose sound better........ can you do it in black and red? oh and this is the best font I could find, and crossing out klok was the basic idea I had, just cross "Klok" out with a regular "X" and make the word "reviews" like it is on my userpage

I want a kickass sign that includes:

1.- Just the head of this pigeon

2.- My username written of graffitti look.

3.- A mario srpite image (if it looks he's fighting, that would be better!)

4.- Any kind of font color except white, black, pink and gray.

I personally use photoshop. I've used GIMP before, but i found it rather cumbersome. I much prefer the layers management in CS3.

Also, no need to just open conversation. I don't mind making stuff right off the spot..
