Not yet. They're developping a flash player for the PSP though, I read it some where.
Get a DS.

I don't think a power-inferior DS can play Flash movies better than a PSP.

It is out now. I think it is playable up to flash player 6 games.
It only has 32mb RAM though so not so succesful.

Do they run flash games? I was thinking about swapping my gamecube for my friends, so I hope so.

No, I'm pretty sure the DS isn't capable of Flash, whichever side you look at.

If you have 2.71 firmware, then yes. 2.71 has a Flash Player 6, and for games, the only controls useable are arrow keys and mouse click.
As far as i've experienced anyway :P

With a 2.7 and higher firmware PSP flash games are playable (Flash Lite).
However, PSPs with this firmware are incapable of running homebrew. If you have a 1.5 PSP you can run the latest version of Devhook, which lets you emulate any decrypted firmware. (All currently).

No, IT DOSENT WORK ON A DS!
I play flash on my psp all the time. Here is how to do it.
1. Buy a psp
2. Upgrade to firmware 2.7 or higher by connecting to your computer through a usb cord or by connecting online through wifi and downloading it.
3. Enable the Flash Player in the SETTINGS section.
4. import flash into your psp through a usb cord or through wifi.
5. Move them into a folder and name the folder FLASH
6. Locate the flash in the psp web browser and just bookmark it using this path..
If I was not very clear and you didnt understand that. Just use this tutorial - http://www.psp411.co..h_Movies_on_PSP.html
-That tutorial wont play flash games, but if you follow the way I said, it will play flash games.
