I have a song that I made awhile ago with a couple of friends I want to submite it into the audio portal but its 100.07kbs to big is there any easy way for me to reduce the file size so that it will fit without having to use any fancy audio editing programs?

you can take of some qaulity a tiny bit with that

its a small tool that should do the job

if you've got a few seconds of static or something at the beginning or end, you could clip those and that would take care of 100kb
