An unfortunate technicality. I think songs comprised of nothing but apple loops are Audio Portal cancer, but they are probably allowed.

So umm, you guys heard the man. Remove dat shiz. In case you were wondering it's just a free sample song from garage band.

I have nothing to base this on, but I have a feeling this guy is only using loops. Not only is his usepage almost completely unrelated to music, but the tracks sound "too good" to come from out of nowhere. The sound quality is too good to be from a beginner. I could be wrong about this (he could have come from another site) but it just seems suspicious.
