SERIOUSLY?!
do people that do shit like this not know how to read? something about "you must hold the copyright"? is it just me or is the average IQ level of the world dropping? definitely on the internet!

The real song is called:

Title: Filtered Song
Author: BmShadow

here is the link to the real owner of the song:

http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/sims /index.php?songid=8442

The song actually comes packed with Fruity Loops 8. Its called Moholithic Filter by Scott Fisher. The song that is from BmShadow is actually a rendition of the same song that he clearly says his friend made.

Every song on this guys account is stolen. Mainly from the PHOENiX album which is some japanese remake of chrono trigger songs.

It actually doesn't even sound remotely like Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata...so give it a rest.

There's something called a chord progression that this song lacks compared to Beethoven's, and in my opinion, you are insulting Beethoven when you're saying that CKC's song sounds like it. His song also lacks a decent melody compared to Beethoven's...I don't know what you are hearing that I don't if you're saying his song has 'the most obvious copyright case in the history of the audio portal'.

So ya, use your ears, not your gut, the ears tends to win in the end.

You referring to chord progression i assume you just drop in your post that term right? cause if you where like even close to the level of harmony probably would be the easiest thing to to tell that the intro of ckc's miasma its exact the moonlight sonata notes just with screwed up pitch and timbre that mean's the exact chord just 2 less repeats, so if you got good ears you probably need a good trainer for them.

What?

Unlike you, I know how to type, so don't even get my started on musical terms.

This is what bugs me, people like you who think they know what they're talking about, but actually just dig themselves a bigger hole.

First off, the Moonlight Sonata is in 3/4, whereas CKC's song is in 4/4.

Secondly, please show me the chord progression in CKC's song that resembles the chord progression in the first 16 bars of Beethoven's piece.

Thirdly, CKC's song is extremely repetitive, whereas the Moonlight Sonata varies and builds and even changes keys!

So, in the end, you are wrong yet again. Heck, I don't even know why I'm defending CKC, I just hate it when people think they're right when they're WRONG!

Even if this piece WAS a rendition of the first 16 bars of beethovens moonlight sonata it would be ok for him to use it.... Even though its NOT EVEN CLOSE!

beethoven has been dead for a VERY VERY VERY long time.

http://www.theviolinsite.com/legal.html

read that ... it explains that after a composer has been dead for over 70 years that the original work goes into public domain and can be used, interpreted, modified, copied, recorded and performed with no legal ramifications.

cool but my problem is not the copyrights i don't give like a dam for copyrights , the problem is that he claims he made it / he don't even mention something yeah i was "inspired" or whatsoever

by the way why dont you used the wisdom of yours to start thinking something like " o wow that guy insists about copyrights ? no probably would be about the avtion of stealing"

Seriously dude, stop trying. Even though the majority of us dislike CKC it still means we protect him over stupid people like you that think that the first note of a song sounds like another, so you go and spam up the Audio Cleanup but no one will react on it

Give it up, you've lost.

HMMM

ok this is the point of the conversation where i call you a tone deaf, rhythmically FUCKED, non musically inclined moron with nothing better to do with your time but harp over 3 little notes in a song that only sounded the same to you because it was played with a piano..ZOMG JUST LIKE BEETHOVEN DID!

im sure if i spent the time (which i wont) i can find plenty of songs out there that have the same CHORD PROGRESSION (yeah that is a real term us musicians use) as moonlight sonata.

It is quite obvious from your deductions in this conversation that
1. You have little to no understanding of music
2. You lied about your age because no 21 year old should be as stupid as you
3. You COMPLETELY dont understand the point of this thread.
4. English...... yeah im guessing its not your first language.

but thats ok

5. You are either one of the best trolls to grace the audio forum or one of the biggest idiots i have encountered this month.
6. You are still going to think you are right after you have been PROVEN wrong.
7. Arguing with you is futile because you are stubborn and retarded.
8. You should never ever ever ever ever ever spawn, reproduce or have kids in any way shape or form.

that is all

My head hurts, not only because you're the most musically def person I've ever seen, but because of the way you type.

You were also saying you don't care about copyrights...then why the fuck did you bring this argument up in the first place?!

Whatever, I just want you to grow up (says you're 21, oh boy), get a proper education (going by how you type/organize your thoughts), and clean your ears out with a couple Q-Tips or something, they need it (duh).

He replaced the instruments in the official FLP with other ones. Worse ones.

My evidence is, you hear that reall low 303 ithat kicks in after a few bars? It's so low, because he replaced the FPC, which works at C3, with the ts404.

It's Essence of Creativity by DJ Link (Meonly70), just pitch raised and sped up. The original is even on the top 5, so there is your proof.

it's actually not the same at all. I mean, i'm a classical pianist, i've studied that piece extensively, it's similar, but not stolen. It's very different. Stop trying to get in a pissing contest with us. Dont go around telling people they need to get their ears checked. just face it, it's not stolen.
