This is the real song by X-Ray Dog: Giant Slayer (Source #1)
Giant Slayer (Source #2)
To make it short, Lisa made a remix of Giant Slayer by X-Ray Dog, but did not give credit to them actually making the song. Thus she plagiarized and deserves to be PUNISHED.
I'd just like to make a correction that it wasn't the song Giant Slayer, but rather the song Live or Die by the same artist X-Ray Dog.
I'll check out his other pieces later to see if they are stolen as well. Anyways, if you need more proof i'll get it because I'm 100% sure that the guy in that video is not the same as the guy on NG.

He mixed 4 or so songs in there. One being 'Showtek - Black (Sensation Black 2008 Anthem)'.
If anyone can name the other songs, give me a shout. They sound pretty good, lol.

It's not even a remix. She blantantly ripped the song from an Immediate Music CD and maybe lowered the quality a litte.
I called her out on a previous song that was on her profile, that was OBVIOUSLY stolen (she said she was playing a xylophone, when the instrument was obviously crotales.) After that, she deleted all her music, except the ones that are undeletable that are still on her page, because they were used in flash submissions.
If your work isn't worth fighting for, it's not worth uploading on NG, period. (JrHager84)

Oh yes, it's obviously crotales... Ugh, can you believe some people would mistake them for a xylophone? Sarcasm aside, I don't know what the difference is, mainly because I don't know what a xylophone even sounds like. I do know crotales from YYZ and A Change of Seasons, though! (Which I only know because I looked up to see what crotales are a few months ago.)
Onto a real topic:
http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/1 89882 compared to http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/son y/ps1/cave2.mid
http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/1 89874 compared to http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/son y/ps1/Jenova_Omega.mid
Unless I'm terribly, terribly mistaken, these "8-bit" tracks were lifted with the instruments changed, which is (last time I heard) against the rules.
wouldnt say their stolen, but what he did is still against the rules. Sounds like he just loaded a midi in to FL... and left it at that then uploaded it.
I hate people who call that work.

Yet the earlier track is much, much better than the newer loop. It doesn't add up, and considering that I already found one of his tracks to be stolen, it's easily possible that all of his tracks not around the quality of his new submission T Loop are stolen.
Just thought I'd bring this up in case it was missed.

I know for sure the second one is stolen. Because i've listened to it today and not the newgrounds/tempest one. The vocal really did the trick, because of that i'd remembered it :p. Nice find karco, let me see if i can dig up the origenal.
I may be wrong, but I was under the impression that this song was deleted because of copyright infringement.
Original found here under the name "Close One".
Looks like someone else submitted it.

Pretty badly ripped off of the DJ-ing station in Club Penguin (an online game). Believe me, my sister goes there every day.

How did this get through? this is the uploaders first upload. This song is obviously stolen, if not questionable.

How can this one be used in 41 flash submission, without anyone noticing it's stolen? The original is called "Johanna (Shut Up)" by Crazy Loop. Seriously, we need more people taking care of stolen audio.
Well then:

The real artist name is: Signum
Here: (sadly I can't find the original on youtube, here's a remix by Mark Norman) http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=J_HnwB7I_r A
**The 2004 remake is also on DJ Networx Vol. 24; the last song on one of the two CDs.
Just letting you guys know, since you don't read anything in the audio cleanup portal anyway, and this is a big deal in my opinion, since he's been getting away with it for a while now.
I'm also confident that most of his other songs are stolen.
The only songs I think are actually his own are:
- Everything unfolds (preview)
- T loop
Yup, that's it. All of "his" other songs sound COMPLETELY different, in production quality, style, and most of them have that fade in intro/outro, like he's trying to hide the transition from the previous/next song in the mix of the original album (that's how I see it).
Thanks for listening/reading (again).

All of his remixes are just the sped up originals with added hardcore drum-beat. However, he does seem to credit the original authors in most of his submisions.
I'm oscillating between poor remixes and stolen submisions on this guy.

Ya, some (if not all) of them are just sped up, and have a crappy bass added to them, and they're EQed poorly, and have added DJ sounds, which make them sound really bad. The songs are also poorly time-stretched, the kick lags in almost all of them. and the vocals (as well as the entire song) are pitched up.
And on crediting the original artist, I don't see anywhere where he credits them, it's just that they are very popular songs, and he gives his submissions the original titles, so they aren't hard to find..lol

It don't even matter if he creddited them or not, it says when you upload a song that it has to be legally yours, and as far as I know the acapellas/songs he uses ain't released for remix or under a licence that would let him upload these songs.
I remember him being posted in this thread a few months back...
