My neighbor just bought xbox 360 live, and I use his internet signal for my internets. Any time he's on there, I can;t do anything online. It says "Connection excellent" but I can't sign on AIM, or firefox. Is there a particular reason for this?
I'm your average Afro-American fetus. For example: I enjoy basketball, I'm rather good when I play too, but I'm much too busy scratching my horrific cracked skin these days.

I usually steal internet from the neighbor's house with my psp. Wifi leaks from their house enough that I only have to sit 5 feet away from my house.
I come and go. Sometimes I say stupid shit. I'll regret this post when I look back at it next year.

Can you go into more depth on this?

haha, so your not stealing his internet or what? Well I think that it has something to do with the IP address that he has, if its logged into the Xbox, then its using up all the cookies or something, Maybe just some things are't going through correctly with Mozilla and AIM... Try getting your own internet? Good luck

Does he know you're stealing his internet or did you conduct an undercover mission to work out it's due to his gaming ?!?!

Or you could go over to his house at night and smash his xbox.

"Chances are there is security on the router that switches the connection signal/bandwidth to the 360 when he connects to live."
Yet you already knew this, because I told you twice already.
In summary: Bump.
Hey look a lightbulb.

Ok, before you take my answers to extreme hieghts, I just wanna say I'm a 14 year old with no good computer experience.
But I Think that its probably how the internet service was made, so people cannot steal the connection and slow the activity. Its probably just a flaw in their system that lets you do that.
