I'm shocked that people didn't know this. Not more than a week ago, the non-aligned countries of the world (the poorer/third world countries) voted against war. 80% said war was not acceptable under ANY circumstances.
If you do the math, (the non-aligned countries make 54% of the world's population) then thats at least 2-3 BILLION people in countries against the war.
Stick that in your pipe and smoke it, George!

Just because a nation's leadership is against the war doesn't mean everyone in the country is, by your logic, all americans are PRO war, which we both know isn't true. There's too many hidden agendas to get an accurate count, not to mention, more than half of the world probably couldn't tell you who Bush or Saddam are.

But the deciding factor should be where the silent majority stand. That's what most of the people think but aren't so fanatic about it that they'll spend years and millions of dollars preaching about it.

You know what? I don't care what the people of Bengladesh think about the war, I care what the USA thinks, because the USA is the most powerful state.

So...The USA's been united into one state now?
The only reason you guys are so powerful is since you act like bullies. if you hadn't messed with Asia we'd have enough firepower from soviet union and china and N. korea to blow your whole country to timbuktu 300 times.
Which brings me to this question, WHY is the United States the only country with legal nukes?

State n.
A body politic, especially one constituting a nation: the states of Eastern Europe.
...and by the way, Asia is and always will be the West's BITCH.

That's a great way to get a nuke up the ass. Not really, though. We turned Japan from a warmonger and a world threat to a bunch of people that rely on our purchasing goods to keep them out of recessions. Haha. Crazy Asians.

Eh, South Korea has enough problems already, with the subways and all. That's what you get for living below some crazy neighbor with nukes and a bad hairdo.

More accurately: that's waht you get for living below some crazy neighbor with nukes and a bad hairdo AND being afraid of conflict to solve your problems.

Wow... what a bunch of third world people who have never set foot inside a classroom think means SO much to me! What the fuck? You could take a survey asking what a bunch of intelligent gorillas feel about the war too, the bottom line is their opinion doesn't mean shit.

That seems like creative statistics. The public of a country doesn't necessarily follow the ideas of their leader.
Here are photos of the protests done with in this month. It is absolutely clear that the world won't stand for this war. It was the largest protest in history.

They can protest all they want, it doesn't change the facts. It won't stop a JUST war from taking place.

The United States is in a horrible state because of the President and his bizarre views on tax cuts and the economy.

Nemisis man, what are you smoking? We're not blaming you for being an American (which i guess you are) but the USA has committed terrible atrocities to the Africans and Asians especially. I'm not saying that the developed European countries haven't because we have too, but you just don't seem to care.
It's people like you that make this world a shithole. People that don't care how many people die as long as they get their cash in their wallet at the end of the month.
If Satan exists, i hope he's cooking up some real nice ideas for right-wing idiots like you.

It's the U.S. that is largely RESPONSIBLE for the 'state' of the world (you sure like saying state a whole lot huh?) it's up to individuals to change it for the better because U.S.A is just to corrupt and capatilist to do anything soley for the greater good. And ur crazy.

Many countries have legal nukes. Um I don't think I know them all but some examples: Russia, China, France, Israel, India, Pakistan... I'm sure there are others, probably many former Soviet states too.

Three billion people living in countries against the war does not mean 3 billion people against the war. Besides, you need a better reason to oppose war than "not acceptable under ANY circumstances", because that is not the way the world works. As much as we want peace, there is always someone who is a threat to it. If war is necessary to deal with these people, so be it.
The only real grounds for opposition to war is to argue that inspections are working.

And you think that would be a GOOD thing? Ladies and gentlemen, this is "I hate America" at its absolute finest.

How soon we forget that it was the UN and not the US that said Iraq couldn't have nukes.

nope, about 1.5 billion are for war (these figures are VERY approximate) but 2 bm or so have no feelings or have elected to abstain from the vote

Well, the people in Zimbabwe aren't sitting at the cockpit waiting to drop the bombs on Iraq, so their opinions, sadly, measure up very small on the grand scale.
