zoom in without photoshop

how can i zoom in without using photoshop at all? it doesnt HAVE to be blurry... just zoom....
please help, i looked for tutorials, but it is really hard to find tutorials on a specific topic. on this site.

what do you mean? do you mean with the magnifing glass tool? theres the highlighting tool and you can stretch and screw and things like that

noo i mean im making a flash movie, and i want to zoom in to a particular character's face as he gets ready to have a flashback.

V-cam is more efficent, as you dont have the issue of sizing it back.

Use a V-Cam, they are much more useful, more effecient, and can be scripted to get bigger and smaller with a game

This V-cam thing I don't know or if you already solved your problem but specifically you could create a key frame starting at the person. Then highlight them using the Selection/Rotation tool(s) ( Keyboard shortcut - Q/V ) and then go to the time line and layer containing all the pieces you want and then zoom in motion tweening it forward by using the Rotation tool to enlarge. Or you could export your work as a screen shot ( if you don't plan on having it move again ) and then just zoom in on that and continue... Your choice. Or you could go with this handy V-cam thing. Oh and by the way. The french suck.
