You know what type of flash brings some people into fits of rage and others into fits of glorious laughter. That's right, I am indeed talking of the soundboard. Let me first get one thing off my chest.
I HATE SOUNDBOARDS!!! WELL NOT ALL OF THEM, BUT I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE USE THEM TO GET A FREE PASS THROUGH THE VOTING SYSTEM IN ORDER TO UP THEIR AVERAGES. SOUNDBOARDS RARELY TAKE MORE THAN A WEEK TO MAKE ON SPARE TIME!!! ALL THEY ARE ARE LONG QUOTES OF BAD SOUND QUALITY THAT ONLY TAKES A GUY WITH FLASH, THE INTERNET, AND BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF BUTTONS TO MAKE!!! IT'S THE SLACKER'S TOOL FOR SUCCESS!!! I HATE SOUNDBOARDS BECAUSE NO EFFORT IS PUT INTO THEM AND IT'S NOT THE NEWGROUNDS SPIRIT!!!
Now from that you may double take and say. "Why ekublai, that's rather hypocritical of you considering you yourself have created two soundboards that are both of family guy, aren't any different besides the quantity of sounds, and most of the complaints you recieve are because they are just clips downloaded from quahog5news.com. What makes you so special."
It's true. I am indeed a hypocrite. The bad sound quality, visually simplistic, non-edited sounds from one source, and yes... I did it to make my start on newgrounds, and then made a sequel (uncommon in soundboards) of THE family guy Soundboard. My weak defense is that I actually put forth a slight effort into making the second soundboard since it technically has more sounds than any another "fgsb" 127 i believe.
So as I thought abou tmy future on newgrounds, I decided that I have cheated the system for two long with half-assed soundboards that I made in a week or two.
I have statements as follows: The reason beginners make sounboards is to A) bask in undeserved success or B) add something that thought was missing in the last soundboard
from this I conclude that at about average 3 soundboards come to newgrounds per month just type in "family guy" in the search bar and you'll find hundreds of sounds from family guy.
Now this is the actual statistic i want you to see NO SOUNDBOARD ON NEWGROUNDS IS ABOVE THE 5mb SIZE LIMIT!!!
FROM THERE I SHALL BLOW YOUR MIND. I AM GOING TO CREATE THE GREATEST FAMILY GUY SOUNDBOARD EVER. i HAVE BEEN WORKING ON IT FOR THREE MONTHS STRAIGHT DOWNLOADING FROM THE INTERNET, DECOMPILING EXISTING SOUNDBOARDS, AND RIPPING SOME OF MINE OWN from the show itself.
FROM THERE I HAVE BEEN EDITING THEM INTO MULTIPLE CLIPS. This is because I want this soundboard to be PERFECT! no more out of control and bad quality quotes. no half-asing it this time.
*Note: as i am typing a "Slater Soundboard" has come to the portal. do us a favor and blam it to oblivion for a sec.*
So anyway, this is what my FAMILY GUY SOUNDBOARD3 WILL HAVE

1. MORE VISUALLY PLEASING LaYOUTS AND EASY NAVIGATION
2. COMPREHENSIBLE MENU AND SOUND BUTTONS
3. OVER 700 SOUNDS FROM FAMILY GUY (weren't expecting that were you? it's true. I promised that I wouldn't half-ass it and I'm trying my hardest to squeeze every conceivable sound possible for each member of the show.
4. This will inspire future generations of soundboard makers to work harder, and it will cut out the family guy soundboards completely since there will be nothing missing.
CONs
1. Only one. HUGE FILE SIZE. I'm not even sure tom has the authority to accept such a monstrofigous file into the portal. I'm expecting at least 10 mbs and probably more. That's the only thing holding me back since I promised I wouldn't hold back on this. Maybe if I paid him... yeah.
SO EVERYBODY! Witness history in the making as I go forth and do the impossible, by creating a SOUNDBOARD THAT HAS MY HEART AND SOUL IN IT!!!
