On the web site
just find a sound you like by clicking on the speaker symbol next to each file name untill you find one you like. Right click and "save as" . put it somewhere safe.

On flash Maker
do the same thing you did to import music into your flash but this time put a key frame where you want the sound to start.

go 2 findsounds, download wat ya need and then on flash press ctrl r and chose ur sounds
