My first "M" game was Duke Nukem 3D for the PC. My cousin gave it to me when I was SEVEN. I don't think my parents knew how bad it was (I played it on the computer that was in my room at the time.)
My first violent game (which I guess would be a "T" rating) would be WWF Royal Rumble for the Genesis. Fairly tame compared to Mortal Kombat which was also available at the time.

Mine was Syphon Filter 2. We didn't even know it was rated M because the rating was not on the box. I found out much later though.

I was so young when I played it, I don't remember the title. But I was almost certain at the time it wasn't "Streets Of Rage".

The first violent game I ever owned was Silent Hill for PS1, when it first came out.
